Diagnosis: deckrot

Stop deckin' around.

Zerodek takes everything your company has already made, every deck, every document, every bit of know-how, and turns it into one governed platform. Presentations, knowledgebase, documentation portal and an AI that polices the lot. In your brand. Looks like it cost you £50k. Didn't.

Nothing new to learn. Keep PowerPoint. Keep Microsoft or Google. One person runs it. Everyone uses it.

Why Zerodek

Not a deck tool. The whole lot.

Four things companies pay four suppliers for, in one branded platform, run by one person, used by everyone.

Presentations that behave.

Your decks become pages. Browse them like a website, present them in 16:9, build a meeting in a minute, export a stamped deck when a customer wants one. Nothing gets retyped.

Time to flex your decks →

A knowledgebase that's actually approved.

Datasheets, manuals, procedures, certificates, price lists. Every document has an owner, a review date and one approved copy. The 2019 certificate stops going out.

See the knowledgebase →

A documentation portal in your brand.

Sales, technical, HR, legal: same place, same sign-in, same rules. Customers see what they should. Your team sees the rest. It looks like you spent a fortune on it.

See the portal →

An AI that polices the lot.

It knows your brand, your owners and your rules. It flags claims, expired evidence and stale prices, drafts the fix, adds blocks, builds pages and meetings. Nothing it does goes live until a human says so.

The diagnosis

Deckrot. Every company has it. Nobody talks about it.

It starts with one master deck. Then everyone copies a bit, edits a bit, saves a bit. Five years on, nobody knows which version is true, the brand has gone feral, and the one person who understands all 600 slides is on holiday.

Numbers from 2019 are still walking around in customer meetings. Nobody checked. Nobody knew who should.

How it works

Four moves. None of them involve retyping.

We do the migration. You approve it. Then it stays current because the way you already work feeds it. We can have your hub up and running in as little as a week.

1included

Discovery

We map your content estate: where it lives, who owns what, what's duplicated, what's unverified. We write your brand guide and your governance rules: owners, approval routes, what gets flagged. Part of every migration, not a separate job.

2we do this

Migration

We bring everything across. Structured pages where content maps cleanly, captured slides inside the brand frame where it doesn't. Your directors approve page by page. Old copies get archived. This is the bit people remember.

3you use it

Live

Your team signs in with the accounts they already have, browses it like a website, presents from it, builds meeting playlists, and exports a stamped deck when a customer needs one.

4it stays current

Keep it current

Nothing new to learn. Make the change the way you always do, save it to the Zerodek folder, and it goes through brand, checks and a one-click approval before it's live.

Keeping it current

Make the deck. Save it to the folder. That's it.

A nominated SharePoint or Drive folder is the Zerodek inbox. Anything saved there goes through the layer before anyone sees it. The hub shows the last approved version until then.

Step 1

Make, or change

Someone updates a deck, or makes a new one, the way they always have.

anyone
Step 2

Save to the folder

Into the Zerodek inbox in SharePoint or Drive. Where they already save things.

anyone
Step 3

Zerodek reads it

Structures it into pages, applies the brand, runs the compliance checks, flags anything that looks off.

Step 4

Owner approves

Routed to whoever owns that content area. One click. Or one comment back.

a director
Step 5

Live in the hub

Approved, on brand, with a source and a date. The old copies stay archived.

approved

One person internally manages the folder structure and who can see what. Everyone else just keeps working.

What you get

One source. Every format. Nothing unapproved.

A hub, not a deck

Company, product, service and technical content, decks and documents, in one tree, browsed like a website. Find the answer during the conversation, not after it.

Approval built in

Every page has an owner, a status and a source. Nothing goes live until the right person says so. Review mode shows what's still draft.

Present in minutes

Pick the pages, hit present. 16:9, full screen, speaker notes, keyboard driven. Build a playlist for a meeting and it's saved to your account.

Brand applied by the system

Fonts, colours, logos and layouts set once. Nobody picks a font again. Partner co-branding where you need it, nowhere else.

Sign in with Microsoft or Google

No new passwords. Access by department or audience, so sales sees sales and engineers see the technical library.

Share and export

A link for colleagues. A stamped deck or PDF for customers, marked with the date and the approved page it came from.

Ask it. Tell it.

Ask the hub a question and it answers from approved content only, citing the block. Tell it to change a figure, add a block, build a page or a meeting, and it drafts the lot for the owner to approve. One click. Revert if you change your mind.

Private by default

No tracking, no cookies, no analytics. UK or EU hosting. Your content stays yours and can be exported any time.

Pricing

Priced by the work. Not by the head.

The migration is the job. After that, seats cost less than your coffee budget, so everyone gets one. Every tier is the whole platform: presentations, knowledgebase, documentation portal and the assistant. Only the amount of migration and the seat band change.

But we already have…

Fair question. Here's the honest answer.

You sayWe say
SharePoint already does thisSharePoint hosts files. It can't govern one fact that appears in a sales deck, an engineer's reference and an onboarding guide, or route a change to the right director before it goes live. We sit on top of SharePoint. We don't replace it.
Copilot can make decks from our filesFrom unstructured files, with no approval and no single version. More decks, faster. That's the disease.
We'll tidy up the master deckYou did that last year.
Gamma, Canva, Beautiful.aiLovely deck makers. No governance, no hub, no migration, and another place to type.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Do we have to change how we make decks?

No. That's the point. Keep making them the way you do, in the tools you already run. Zerodek is where the approved version lives and where the company presents from. You save to a folder, we do the rest.

How do we add a new deck, or change something?

Make the change the way you always do, or make a new deck, and save it to the Zerodek folder in your SharePoint or Drive. It gets structured, branded, checked and sent to the owner of that content area. One click to approve, and it's live. Until then the hub shows the last approved version.

Where does our content live, and who owns it?

Your content stays yours and stays in your Microsoft or Google tenant. The hub is hosted in the UK or EU with a data processing agreement. The Zerodek framework is ours. Everything you put in it is yours and can be exported any time.

What happens to the slides that don't convert cleanly?

They're captured as they are, inside your brand frame, with the text extracted so they're searchable. They still get an owner, a status and a source. The Discovery tells you which ones are worth restructuring properly.

Is AI involved? Does our content train anything?

AI helps us structure your decks during migration and flags content that looks off-brand or unverified. It never publishes anything. A named person does. Your content is not used to train any model, and that's in the contract.

What's in the monthly, and what isn't?

In: hosting, security, backups, sign-in, every platform update, email support. Not in: changes done by us, training, bespoke work. Those are hourly and quoted before we start.

What about security and compliance?

No tracking, no cookies, no analytics by default. UK GDPR compliant with a DPA and sub-processor list. Cyber Essentials, with ISO 27001 on the roadmap as customers need it. The AI assistant can run with no model at all, in your own cloud, or managed by us. Details on security and AI and your data.

How long until we're using it?

We can have your hub up and running in as little as a week. The full migration depends on how much you have and how quickly your directors sign things off, and we quote the timeline before we start. Sign-off is usually the long part.
